Three generations and counting...

Back in 1982, Rossa's Made In The Shade Blinds was established with one goal in mind: To provide a great service that meet the highest standards of quality. From that day onwards, we never settled for less. Because privacy matters, so does how we treat our customers.

The policy started by my father is one we continue to follow today. We never take payment until a customer is completely satisfied. This means our customers never have to worry about quality - they know it's our top priority.

It is all about service, and about making sure that you feel confident with your selections & choices. We take pride in our work, and treat every job as if it were our own home or office. We care, and it shows.

My name is Mark Chekan and this is my family, Tina, Stephanie and Matthew.

I attended Duquesne University where I earned my Marketing degree. I have an extensive customer service, consulting and sales work history. For the most part, my background included several large corporations. I’ve always felt my strongest asset was my one-on-one interaction with new and existing clients. Unfortunately, this is sometimes lost with large corporations. That is why I’m glad to have the opportunity to join Rossa’s Made in the Shade Blinds. I’ve known Matt and Natalie for more than 10 years. I’m aware that this company is their legacy. I accept the responsibility to carry out their mission statement and to help/assist each new and existing client as if they were family. I’m looking forward to the journey ahead.
